What names do you think will become popular in 2012? I think we will see the "Twilight" names become even more popular like Isabella/Bella, Edward and Cullen. I hope we won't see anymore babies named Renesmee. LOL! I think the name Aria will catch on. Aria is the name is a character on Pretty Little Liars. There is also an Arya on Game of thrones. Arabella is another name I think will become more popular. It is similar to Isabella but not as popular yet. I think Gemma might rise. Gemma is the name of a character on the new CW show, Ringer. It's also similar to Emma so it's not so different that it might turn people off. Damon is seeing a rise in popularity thanks to the CW show The Vampire Diaries. Elena is another name from TVD that is growing. Elena is also popular with the Hispanic community. Kellen/Kellan is growing from boys. Kellan Lutz plays Emmett in the Twilight movies. The name Emmett is also growing for boys. Here's to hoping that popular pregnant celebs choose better names for their babies in 2012 because they clearly influence baby naming trends.
